An institutional client managing a nine-figure investment pool inherited critical reporting work with almost no formal documentation. I reconstructed the process, traced the underlying data, and mapped the year-end distribution workflow across 2,361 funds to identify where the discrepancy came from. A regional operations business depended on two systems that did not talk to each other, leaving staff with repetitive manual reconciliation work. I built a desktop sync tool that turns that process into a structured import, map, preview, and export flow with persistent configuration and run history. The gain was reliability as much as speed: fewer manual mistakes, clearer handoffs, and a workflow the team could trust.

When WiFi dropped, the device stayed usable instead of failing in the field.

This engagement added a Bluetooth fallback layer to an existing connected medical transport device so loss of WiFi no longer meant loss of control or visibility. I delivered the mobile and firmware work needed to make the transition automatic, with the same monitoring experience preserved across connection states. The challenge was coordinating device behavior, mobile behavior, and cloud handoff so the system felt continuous to the user.
